3. AI PROCESSING

To generate content, information supplied through ANTI may be transmitted to third-party artificial-intelligence providers.

Depending on the generation request, this may include:

— prompts;
— uploaded product or reference images;
— selected generation settings;
— relevant campaign context;
— ANTI-controlled synthetic-model reference materials;
— previous generated content where required for follow-up generations.

ANTI will disclose the AI providers used in the production Service as appropriate.

Third-party providers process this information under their own applicable service, privacy and data-processing terms.

ANTI does not intentionally submit user content for third-party model training unless such processing is disclosed and permitted under the applicable terms and settings.

4. GOOGLE GEMINI

ANTI may use Google Gemini APIs to provide AI-generation functionality.

Information sent to Gemini may include prompts, reference images, relevant campaign context and ANTI-controlled model references necessary to perform a generation.

Google's treatment and retention of API requests may depend on the API endpoint, paid-service status and project configuration used by ANTI.

ANTI will configure production AI services with privacy and retention considerations in mind and will document material changes to these practices where appropriate.

5. DATABASE, AUTHENTICATION AND STORAGE PROVIDERS

ANTI may use third-party infrastructure providers to operate features including:

— database storage;
— authentication;
— file storage;
— generation storage;
— account management;
— server infrastructure.

At present, ANTI's architecture may use Supabase for certain database, authentication and storage functionality.

Information processed through these services may include account information, campaign data, uploaded materials, generated content and related metadata.

6. WHY WE PROCESS INFORMATION

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, ANTI may process information where necessary to:

— provide a service requested by you;
— perform an agreement with you;
— manage your account or purchases;
— protect ANTI, users or the Service;
— comply with legal obligations;
— pursue legitimate operational or security interests;

7. SHARING OF INFORMATION

ANTI does not sell your personal information.

We may share or make information available to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including providers of:

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process or a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, users or the security of the Service.

8. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

ANTI's service providers may process or store information outside Israel.

As a result, information may be transferred to jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those of your country.

Where required, ANTI will use appropriate legal or contractual measures relating to international data transfers.

9. DATA RETENTION

ANTI retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including providing the Service, maintaining campaigns, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and protecting the Service.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

For example:

— campaign history may remain until deleted by the user or account;
— generated content may remain available as part of the user's generation history;
— uploaded reference materials may remain where required by an active campaign;
— transaction records may be retained where legally or operationally required;

Before public launch, ANTI will finalize production retention periods and deletion procedures based on its actual infrastructure and legal requirements.

10. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through the methods made available by ANTI.

Deleting an account may result in deletion or loss of access to:

— campaigns;
— prompts;
— uploaded references;
— generation history;
— saved account settings.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records necessary for financial, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or legal purposes.

Deletion from ANTI's active systems may not result in instantaneous deletion from temporary backups or third-party systems where technically unavoidable, but such information will remain subject to applicable retention and security controls.

11. USER RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, users may have rights concerning their personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain information.

ANTI will provide appropriate methods for submitting privacy-related requests.

Identity verification may be required before completing certain requests.

12. SECURITY

ANTI uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

These measures may include:

— authenticated access;
— private storage;
— server-side access controls;
— restricted access to private synthetic-model assets;
— separation between public and private model information;
— database security controls;
— secure handling of API credentials.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials.

13. PRIVATE SYNTHETIC-MODEL DATA

ANTI maintains private assets used to preserve the identity and consistency of its synthetic models.

These assets may include face masters, character sheets, body sheets and other internal references.

Private model assets are not user account data and are not made publicly available through the Service.

Access to these assets is restricted to ANTI systems and authorized processes necessary to provide model-generation functionality.

14. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

ANTI may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for functionality such as:

— authentication;
— session management;
— security;
— user preferences.

If ANTI introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking or marketing technologies, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated before or when those technologies are enabled.

15. ANALYTICS

ANTI may use analytics tools to understand Service performance and usage.

Where analytics tools are introduced, this Privacy Policy will identify or appropriately describe the relevant processing and any consent controls required by applicable law.

ANTI will not describe analytics or advertising technologies as active unless they are actually implemented.

16. CHILDREN

ANTI is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to enter into the applicable agreement or use the Service independently.

ANTI does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If ANTI becomes aware that information has been collected in circumstances prohibited by law, appropriate steps may be taken to delete or restrict that information.

17. USER-UPLOADED PERSONAL INFORMATION

Users should avoid uploading personal, sensitive or confidential information unless it is genuinely necessary for the intended generation and they have the legal right to provide it.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions when uploading content depicting or relating to another person.

Additional restrictions are described in the AI & Content Policy.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PRIVACY COMPLAINTS

If content uploaded or generated through ANTI is alleged to violate intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights, ANTI may review the relevant information and take appropriate action.

Procedures for content and intellectual-property complaints are described in the AI & Content Policy.

19. BUSINESS CHANGES

If ANTI undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law.

Any recipient will remain subject to applicable privacy obligations concerning the transferred information.

20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

ANTI may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, infrastructure, providers or legal requirements change.

The current version and its effective date will be published on the Service.

Where required, ANTI will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

21. CONTACT AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

Questions, requests or complaints concerning privacy may be submitted through ANTI's designated privacy contact channel.

The applicable contact information will be published before public launch.
